Privacy Policy

Corsa Werks (“we,” “us”) makes documentary films about racing and runs this website, including accounts and memberships. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we don't sell your data.

Information we collect

• Account. When you create an account we store your email address and a unique account ID. We use passwordless sign-in links, so we never store a password.
• Membership & payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — only a Stripe customer/subscription ID, your membership tier, and its status, so we can grant the right access.
• Usage & analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, general location, device type. This helps us improve the site.
• Email. If you receive email from us (for example press releases), our email provider (Resend) records deliveries and opens so we can manage our list and honor unsubscribes.

How we use your information

• To provide your account and membership, and grant access to member content.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe).
• To send transactional email you've asked for, and to operate and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We share data only with the vendors that run our platform, under their own privacy terms: Supabase (accounts & database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting & analytics), and Google Analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; essential sign-in cookies are required for accounts to work.

Retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account page — this permanently removes your profile, cancels any active membership, and deletes your associated records. Some limited records (for example payment records held by Stripe) may be retained where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly from your account, or by contacting us.

Children

The site and memberships are intended for adults; we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
