Artifact Project / Type 01

The Coins

Two versions made per coin. One goes to the track, hidden, waiting.
One stays at the shop, permanent record of the Pursuit it was born for.

The Object

Every coin release produces two physically identical objects. Same design. Same material. Same engraving. Different fate.

V-001
The Pursuit Coin
Made to Leave
the Shop
This is the coin that goes to the track. It gets hidden, somewhere that requires attention and presence to find. Once it's placed, it no longer belongs to Corsa Werks.

When it's found, it belongs to the finder. Full stop. That's the only transaction that matters.
V-002
The Archive Coin
Never Leaves
Corsa Werks
Identical to V-001 in every way. This one stays at the shop permanently, a physical record of the Pursuit it was made for.

When V-001 is found, V-002 is the proof that it existed. The archive version is the coin that doesn't disappear.
The System

How the Pursuit Works

Finding a coin isn't a single step. The Pursuit unfolds in stages, each clue unlocking the next, each domain requiring something different from the person looking.

01 / 03
The Website
Something
Hidden Here
The first clue lives somewhere on corsawerks.com. A specific page, a detail embedded in copy or photography, a coordinate buried in a place only someone reading carefully would find. You have to know the site.
02 / 03
Socials
Something
Embedded in Content
The second clue is embedded in what we publish, footage, photography, a caption, a timestamp. Somewhere in the feed, if you're watching closely enough. This requires following the work, not just the announcement.
03 / 03
The Real World
Something That
Requires Presence
The final step can't be solved online. It requires being physically present, at the circuit, at the race, in the right location at the right time. The coin's hiding spot is the convergence of all three clues.

Each domain locks the next. You cannot solve domain three without solving domain two first. The Pursuit is sequential, and the final step requires you to actually be there.

Coins Issued

Every coin ever made, its event, its Pursuit number, and the status of both versions. The record is permanent and grows with each release.
